We are currently working on a large scale project (100,000 square feet) where the services are exposed at high level with no
suspended ceiling. As a result, we are needing to be very precise about audio visual containment at high level to ensure that the industrial finish of the office is retained and that the
cabling is easy to install and support. Our CAD team has issued precise setting out information for all AV services in meeting rooms, open areas, joinery and at high level to ensure an ordered,
well managed installation that meets the aesthetic required by the architect and by the client.

Facilities Systems on the Corporate Network:
A recent addition to our portfolio of services is project managing the installation of access control, CCTV and BMS systems to ensure that they are accessible via the
client’s global network. This is allowing remote monitoring of Facilities systems for global offices and is providing live environmental data which is being displayed on digital signage
