Our Project Managers are Prince2 qualified and we use a set of standardised P2 products and processes to ensure a robust and consistent approach to projects.

AutoCAD

Our CAD team issue drawings to project and design teams in AutoCAD (.dwg format) and in PDF to achieve clarity in technical designs and full coordination with architectural and mechanical/electrical designs.

Project Methodology

Technology Moves Consulting has developed a bespoke methodology to manage IT fit out and relocation projects. We break each project down in to a number of manageable work packages which have been designed to interface with traditional construction management phases. This ensures that technology requirements are coordinated with the architectural, mechanical & electrical and other services’ designs.
