We consistently reinforce our company values to the team to try to ensure that the quality of work delivered by a Technology Moves consultant remains consistently high. Below are some of the things that we believe in as a company and which we feel are beneficial to our clients:
Quality Management. A Director is assigned overall responsibility for each project that we work on to ensure that high quality delivery is maintained at all stages. If any problems occur, then a client has easy access to a Director to escalate any concerns.
Excellent Documentation. We invest time in creating clear, precise documentation for all our projects. Whether a document is intended for internal support purposes or for a client project, each document is signed off by a Director to ensure that it is fit for purpose.
Easy To Understand Proposals. For all client work, we provide proposals which are easy to follow and which break down all areas of our work. We have found that this allows clients to quickly assess the value of our work and to ensure that both parties know what we are delivering.
People Who Can Communicate. We always try to recruit people who have the required technical skills but also who are able to communicate effectively with clients. As well as understanding the technical aspects of what we deliver, we also have an appreciation of how our services impact on clients operations.
Dependability and Responsiveness. We have found that two of the key attributes for providing high quality IT Consulting and Support services are to be dependable and responsive at all times. We always answer calls and emails quickly and we take responsibility for managing any problems through to resolution.
While the above factors are all important, we have also invested in training and developing our people to ensure that we have all of the necessary technical skills to deliver for our clients. In the Consulting team, our project managers are Prince 2 trained and in the Support team, our people are Microsoft, Cisco and ITIL qualified. This process of constant improvement and development has allowed us to successfully deliver high quality IT solutions for our clients.
